About Us

We are a family-owned business that has been in Tyler since 1985, and a non-profit status since 1991.  The majority of our staff has been here 10-plus years, as we have a wonderful family atmosphere.  All staff work as a team, scheduling outings, field trips, parent picnics and a deep concern for the social needs of each child.

As of 2008, ABC is now certified pre-k through Region 7, teaching early reading skills to our kinder-bound students.

We have also added 16 cameras to monitor all areas of our school.

Transportation

ABC provides transportation to Dixie and Chandler Elementary schools, and pick-up from Dixie, Chandler and Brownsboro Elementary and Middle School.

Field trips are another transportation activity where we go to different events in our school buses. They are air conditioned, with all the safety features, including safety belts, with enough room for 30 children.

We have monthly scheduled trips for each class ages 4 to 5 years from September through May.  In the summer months, fun-filled, educational field trips are scheduled weekly for ages 4 to 12 years.  In addition to our summertime fun, these ages will swim daily in our privately owned 20x40 pool, with two lifeguards on hand at all times.  Basic swimming lessons are taught daily, along with pool safety.
